The terms that apply when you use our website and services.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.notary-public.in.th and to the services provided by Notary Public Service Bangkok (“we”, “us”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Notarial services are performed by notarial services attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand. We also arrange certified translations, document drafting and legalisation. The exact scope of each job is confirmed with you before we start.

3. Information on this website

The information on this website is general information. It is not legal advice for your situation. Requirements of foreign authorities and organizations differ and can change, so please check with the organization that will receive your document.

4. Quotes and fees

Fees depend on the type and number of documents, the number of signers, the location and the urgency of the request. We confirm the price before your appointment. Government, embassy and courier fees are charged as shown in your quote.

5. Appointments

Appointments made through our website, phone, email or messaging apps are confirmed only when we confirm them to you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

6. Your responsibilities

Bring original, valid identification for every signer.
Bring complete, unsigned documents and make sure the information in them is true and correct.
Tell us which country and organization will receive the document.

We may refuse to notarize a document if we cannot confirm the signer’s identity, if the signer does not appear to understand the document or sign willingly, or if we believe the document is unlawful.

7. Acceptance abroad and timing

We prepare documents carefully to meet the requirements you tell us about. However, whether a document is accepted is decided by the receiving organization, and processing times at government offices and embassies are outside our control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or decisions made by third parties such as government authorities, embassies and receiving organizations.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
